Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% cancellation fee in place, for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, with exceptions in the case of a positive COVID or Flu test.
Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total. You may not book again until it is paid in full. 1 reschedule after initial appointment is permitted. Multiple reschedules will result in 100% of the appointment total.
There is a 10 minute grace period for late appointments. After 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 fee. After 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled.
